1. Processing Time

Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s progress.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Expected delivery within 2–3 business days (additional fees apply).
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but international shipping may be available in the future.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: A flat rate based on your location, calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 within the continental U.S.
Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply, shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

5. Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at aswan@aswangblt.com. We will assist you in locating or replacing your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Damaged Goods

While we carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery, if you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Email aswan@aswangblt.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled after processing may incur a small fee to cover transaction costs.
