Aswan Herbal Tinctures and Oils – Premium Return Policy

At Aswan Herbal Tinctures and Oils, we are committed to providing a luxurious experience with every purchase, from our herbal tinctures to our custom tees and mugs. Every product is crafted or selected with the utmost care to meet our high standards of quality and purity. Please review our return policy to understand our guidelines.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unopen. Due to the nature of our herbal products, returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect fulfillment are not accepted.
  • Timeframe: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for any return inquiries. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate return requests.
  • Product Condition: We only accept returns for items in their original, unused state with packaging intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will make things right as quickly as possible. Please email us at aswan@aswangblt.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

3. Exclusions

  • Herbal Products: For the safety and quality assurance of our herbal products, items that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Apparel: Apparel  that have been worn, or used are ineligible for return.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or through promotions are not eligible for return.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • We will send an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or incorrectly fulfilled. Please follow the standard return process, and we’ll prioritize your replacement item.

6. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. For approved returns, we cover return shipping costs.
